
Every Sunday in the Argentinean newspaper, La Nacion (the second largest newspaper in the country), editors from the “Extra” section selects an executive from a company to answer all inquiries and complaints from the readers. On Sunday’s, September 5th edition, Javier Braun, general director of Avaya for the south region of South America, had the opportunity to respond to some of the questions from the readers.

Support our own products, employees, experience and specialization of communications in real time. That differentiates us. No company exists with this kind of knowledge, besides Avaya and Notel together.
The previous questions and the ones that were not selected consisted of doubts over their businesses and Avaya’s solution. For example, many aren’t aware that we provide company communication systems, joined communication solutions, contact centers, database and service solutions or that each one of our clients has the freedom to form their communication system depending on their system needs and requirements.
I hope this blog becomes another channel of communication to clarify any doubts with of the services we provide and to share related experiences.
